Out of Stock
If you have purchased a product that is out of stock, or becomes out of stock, you are eligible for a full refund.

Any products set up on auto-ship may only be cancelled or modified up to (1) business day prior to the next scheduled shipment date. To make changes to an existing order set up on auto-ship, please log in to your account at www.vintagevapours.com and visit the “Manage and Update Your AutoShip Products”.
We take pride in offering the highest quality and largest assortment of e-liquid flavours available and we are happy to offer suggestions to help you find your new favorite e-liquid. However, because individual tastes may vary and for sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer any replacements, exchanges, or credits for bottled liquids. Products sold on our website are considered “AS-IS,” without warranty or guarantee, unless otherwise specified. If the product is damaged from user error or misuse, it is not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is non-operable and not functional when you receive it. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Vintage Vapours. If you feel your product is non-operable when you receive it, it is your responsibility to notify Vintage Vapours within 24 hours of receiving the presumed defective product by following the appropriate return policy protocol (your shipment tracking number will be used to verify the time and day your package was delivered, at which time the 24 hour window to submit any product for return approval would begin).
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
The following products are excluded from our return policy for sanitary and health reasons: bottled e-liquid, atomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers, drip tips (and caps), wick, wire, rebuildable devices and atomizers, accessories or parts used for rebuildable atomizers or devices, apparel, tanks, cases or holsters, MOD’s or any other electrical device. Several products we sell are one of a kind or handcrafted, so it is normal for products to have unique characteristics such as minor nicks or polishing scratches. Unless the product is non-operable or damaged from shipping and handling, it is considered ineligible for return or exchange. Please note we do not accept any purchases made online at our retail storefront location, you must follow the return process as detailed below. For safety reasons, we will not accept any packages returned to Vintage Vapours without following the proper return policy. Do not send your return directly to the manufacturer. It is important to read all of the product information details before you make your purchase online. We are always making updates to our website to ensure accuracy; however, we are not responsible for misprints or updates made by the manufacturer and reserve the right to amend our website content at any time.
Shipping & Handling
Our products are shipped via FedEx and/or USPS and packaged with the utmost care to ensure your items are protected during transit. If you are unable to receive deliveries to your home, or will not be available to receive your package, please email us at email@example.com so we can work with you to coordinate your shipment. If you are returning an item, it must be received in its original condition or we will not honor your refund.

If you are an existing customer, please visit www.vintagevapours.com and log into your account. In the “My Account” section, you will see a tab on the left hand side labeled “Returns.” Please visit this section and follow the instructions.
If you are not an existing customer, but made a purchase online at www.vintagevapours.com as a guest and you would like to submit a return, please follow the steps below:
1) Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information with your inquiry. We will respond to your issue within 24-48 business hours with an approval, denial, or request for more information.
